Unlike traditional convention centres and hotel ballrooms, Claremont allows for live drone flights, ground vehicle demonstrations, heavy robotics, water tank and large-format exhibits - all in one integrated venue. With a dedicated indoor pavilion, open skies, and adaptable grounds, it's the perfect setting for a demonstration-first event where technologies can perform in real-world conditions, not just sit on display.

Claremont Showground has a range of first class pavilions, specialist function rooms, seminar facilities and outdoor areas including a central grassed arena (3 hectares in size). There are 15 buildings available for venue hire for either short term or long term events, with a variety of transformable interiors that can be tailored and configured to suit to your event.
Claremont Showground is in a unique position as it is the only venue in Perth which has its own dedicated railway station at its doorstep. This makes this venue easily accessible and the perfect setting for exhibitions, conferences, festivals, concerts, weddings, large events as well as smaller boutique events within one of their buildings.
Claremont Showground has played host to some of Perth’s biggest events, and attracts over one million visitors a year. Events include: Supanova, Perth Caravan and Camping Show, Perth Pool & Spa Expo, and WA’s largest and most iconic event, the Perth Royal Show, along with many other smaller events.
UNCREWED 2026 is a bold, live-action showcase of autonomous, uncrewed platforms and intelligent systems spanning sea, air, land, and space. Taking place in March 2026 at Perth’s Claremont Showground, UNCREWED features real-time demonstrations, expert presentations, interactive zones, and STEM activations - uniting industry, government, and the public in a high-impact two-day celebration of frontier technology.
